Lisa and her sisters Helen and Janet are the third generation of restaurateurs in their family and their grandmother Lily Kwok was the first to bring Chinese cuisine to Manchester.

Their delicious recipes are easy to make and encompass influences from Lily’s journey through Malaysia on the long boat journey to England all those years ago.
