Aussie mum and co-founder of 4 Ingredients, Kim McCosker, joined us to share the secrets of delicious desserts and sweet treats – on a budget!
Along with her best pal Rachael Bermingham, Kim brought out a cookbook to make home cooking simple for busy mums, in which each recipe used four or less ingredients.

Roasted Honey Pears with Honey Cream
Ingredients
Serves 4
3 firm, ripe pears
4 tbs. honey
2 tbs. brown sugar
300ml cream, whipped
Cut pears into quarters and remove cores Place in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with ¼ cup honey and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour 1/2 cup water around pears Bake uncovered at 180C for
30 minutes, or until just soft Place 3 pear quarters on four serving plates Drizzle pan juices over pears Mix whipped cream and 1/4cup honey together until combined. Serve over pears.
Optional: Add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon to cream and honey for a lovely flavour.
