Fish with Mango & Kiwifruit

Fresh and healthy.
This recipe from Rachael and Kim is fresh and tasty, and very easy to make.
Ingredients
• 4 fresh white fish fillets
• 1tbs butter
• 2 kiwifruit
• 1 mango
Method
Brush fish with melted butter and on a hot grill or barbecue, grill each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness.
Peel and slice the kiwifruit and mango and sauté lightly in the remaining butter.
Serve layered on top of fish.
